Please read and be sure you understand our policies to avoid any unfortunate misunderstandings.
Check-In: To make it possible for us to greet you on arrival, our check-in window is 4:00pm to 6:00pm. After 6:00pm check-ins must be arranged and approved well in advance of check-in by email or phone only and it is imperative that you call us if you are delayed.
Check-Out: Check out is no later than 11:00 am
Reservations and Cancellations: Your VISA or MASTERCARD is required to guarantee your reservation, even if using a gift certificate. If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel within less than 7 days and we are unable to re-book your room or if you do not arrive (see NO-SHOW POLICY), the entire cost of your reserved stay will be charged to your credit card. Any reservation made within 7 days of arrival is subject to payment in full at the time of booking. Please note that for reservations made by a third party such as a travel agency, payment in full is required at the time of booking. It is our policy that only TWO people are to be in one room. We do not accommodate more than two people in a room and we do not accommodate children under 12 years of age.
No Show: Failure to contact us and to receive permission for a check-in later than the 6:00pm will result in your reservation being considered a no-show at 8:00pm if you have not yet arrived. Any money paid or pending will be forfeit and your reservation will be cancelled.
Parking: On arrival please park allowing for other guests vehicles. If you have a larger vehicle please let us know and we will find a way to accommodate you. If you arrive early prior to check-in you are welcome to park and enjoy the attractions of Old Town. Entry is via the side door off the garden patio. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies well in advance of checking in.
